Linkages and Respite Programs
The Linkages Program is designed to provide resources to maintain frail elderly and functionally impaired older adults in their homes to the greatest extent possible through short term, specialized care management and information and assistance services.
The Respite Program is designed to relieve persons who care for functionally impaired adults or frail elderly by providing respite services or recruitment and screening of respite care providers.

Multipurpose Centers
There are 16 Multipurpose Centers throughout the City of Los Angeles. These centers serve as community focal points for senior services.
